Increase of the EPH bond issue to CZK 7.5 billion

Following the successful issuance of bonds ISIN CZ0003524464 in volume of CZK 5 billion by EPH Financing CZ, a.s. (EPH Financing CZ), a subsidiary of Energetický a průmyslový holding, a.s. (EPH), placed in March 2020 [https://www.epholding.cz/en/press-releases/successful-placing-of-eph-bonds-in-aggregate-amount-of-czk-5-billion/], the EPH group announces the successful placement of bonds in volume of CZK 2.3 billion within the increase of the current issuance to CZK 7.5 billion*.
The bonds due 2025 bear a fixed interest rate of 4.50% p.a. EPH Financing CZ cooperated on the bond issuance with a consortium of banks consisting Česká spořitelna, a.s., J&T BANKA, a.s., Komerční banka, a.s. a UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, a.s.

* As of the issue date, EPH Financing CZ has decided to keep bonds in volume of CZK 200 million on its own books.
