EP Logistics International, a.s. entered into an acquisition agreement of 100% shareholding in German transport company LOCON Logistik & Consulting AG.

LOCON group has been operating as a private railway transporter for 17 years, specializing in the railway container transport in Germany but is also active in the area of railway constructions. LOCON´s fleet contains thirty locomotives and more than 250 wagons, moreover, LOCON operates a service center for diesel locomotives and a hub for container trains in Brandenburg.
The acquisition of the railway carrier with the licence for Germany was one of the EPLI´s strategic goals, and after the approval by the anti-trust authorities, LOCON will play a key role in the further development of the logistic group within EPH.
EP Logistics International, a.s. (EPLI) is 100% owned subsidiary of Energetický a průmyslový holding, a.s. (EPH).
